Lad det k\u00f8le af.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bland det hakkede k\u00f8d med raspblandingen, \u00e6g, l\u00f8g, salt og krydderier. Arbejd farsen godt sammen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Form k\u00f8dboller med fugtede h\u00e6nder, ca. 3 cm i diameter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Varm sm\u00f8r op i en stegepande ved mellemh\u00f8j varme. Steg k\u00f8dbollerne i portioner, til de er gennemstegte og har en fin farve, ca. 5-6 minutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tag k\u00f8dbollerne op og hold dem varme. Tils\u00e6t mel i stegepanden og r\u00f8r rundt. H\u00e6ld bouillon og fl\u00f8de i under omr\u00f8ring. Lad det simre i 5 minutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smag saucen til med salt og peber. L\u00e6g k\u00f8dbollerne tilbage i saucen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Til kartoffelmosen: Skr\u00e6l og kog kartoflerne, til de er m\u00f8re. H\u00e6ld vandet fra og damp dem t\u00f8rre. Pres kartoflerne gennem en kartoffelmoser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Varm m\u00e6lken op. R\u00f8r sm\u00f8r, varm m\u00e6lk, salt og peber i kartoflerne.
