Brun det under omr\u00f8ring, til k\u00f8det har f\u00e5et farve og er gennemstegt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t tomatpur\u00e9 og steg med i 1-2 minutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e6ld r\u00f8dvin i, hvis du bruger det, lad det koge n\u00e6sten helt ind (ca. 2 minutter).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t hakkede tomater, k\u00f8dbouillon, laurb\u00e6rblade, timian, oregano og en knivspids sukker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skru ned for varmen og lad saucen simre under l\u00e5g i mindst 30 minutter, gerne l\u00e6ngere (1-2 timer for dybere smag).
