Sauter l\u00f8g, hvidl\u00f8g og gulerod ved middel varme i ca. 3\u20135 minutter, til de er bl\u00f8de.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brun k\u00f8det:<\/strong><br>Tils\u00e6t det hakkede oksek\u00f8d og brun det godt. Tils\u00e6t derefter tomatpur\u00e9 og sambal oelek, og steg i yderligere 1 minut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lav saucen:<\/strong><br>H\u00e6ld de hakkede tomater, vand, bouillon, oregano, basilikum og sukker i. R\u00f8r det hele godt sammen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lad det simre:<\/strong><br>Lad saucen sm\u00e5koge under l\u00e5g i mindst 25\u201330 minutter. R\u00f8r af og til. Smag til med salt, peber og evt. lidt ekstra sambal, hvis du \u00f8nsker lidt mere varme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kog pastaen:<\/strong><br>Kog pastaen efter anvisning p\u00e5 pakken. Gem evt. lidt kogevand, hvis saucen skal fortyndes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Servering:<\/strong><br>Bland saucen med pastaen eller server dem separat.
