Klar p\u00e5 cirka 20 minutter \u2013 perfekt til hverdagsmiddagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredienser (til 4 portioner)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400 g spaghetti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g pancetta eller bacon, i strimler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 \u00e6ggeblommer + 1 helt \u00e6g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g friskrevet parmesan eller pecorino<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Friskkv\u00e6rnet sort peber<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt (brug kun lidt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olivenolie efter behov<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kog spaghettien i rigeligt saltet vand, til den er al dente. Gem ca. \u00bd dl af pastavandet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Steg pancettaen spr\u00f8d og gylden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pisk \u00e6ggeblommer, det hele \u00e6g og osten sammen i en sk\u00e5l. Krydr med peber.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e6ld vandet fra pastaen og tils\u00e6t den direkte til sk\u00e5len med den stegte pancetta (varmen fra pastaen er nok).
