Forbered safranen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">St\u00f8d safranen med 1 tsk sukker og bland med 1 spsk varm m\u00e6lk. Lad det tr\u00e6kke et par minutter \u2013 det fremh\u00e6ver smagen kraftigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Lav dejv\u00e6sken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smelt sm\u00f8rret i en gryde. Tils\u00e6t m\u00e6lken og varm op til fingervarmt (ca. 37\u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Bland dejen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smuldr g\u00e6ren i en sk\u00e5l. H\u00e6ld lidt af den lune v\u00e6ske over og r\u00f8r, til g\u00e6ren er opl\u00f8st.<br>Tils\u00e6t resten af v\u00e6sken, safranblandingen, sukker, kvark, salt og \u00e6g.<br>\u00c6lt n\u00e6sten alt melet i, og \u00e6lt dejen 5\u201310 minutter, til den er smidig.<br>Lad dejen h\u00e6ve under et kl\u00e6de i ca. 40 minutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Forbered fyldet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00f8r sm\u00f8r, sukker og vanilje sammen til en j\u00e6vn og luftig creme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Udrul og form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e6ld dejen ud p\u00e5 et let melet bord, og del den i to dele.<br>Rul hver del ud til et rektangel (ca. 25\u00d760 cm).<br>Sm\u00f8r vaniljefyldet ud over.<br>Fold dejen p\u00e5 langs, s\u00e5 den bliver dobbelt, og tryk luftboblerne ud.<br>Sk\u00e6r strimler p\u00e5 2\u20133 cm.<br>Del hver strimmel n\u00e6sten hele vejen op, s\u00e5 der dannes to \u201dben\u201d. Sno dem sammen, og bind til boller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Efterh\u00e6vning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e6g bollerne p\u00e5 bageplader med bagepapir, og lad dem h\u00e6ve i 30 minutter under et kl\u00e6de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
