Forbered skinken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u00e6g skinken i en stor gryde og d\u00e6k med koldt vand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t evt. et par laurb\u00e6rblade, nogle hele krydderpeberkorn og et halvt l\u00f8g for ekstra smag.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Kog skinken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bring vandet langsomt i kog p\u00e5 lav varme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lad det sm\u00e5koge uden l\u00e5g ca. 1,5\u20132 timer pr. kilo, indtil kernetemperaturen n\u00e5r ca. 70\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tag skinken op og lad den k\u00f8le lidt af, f\u00f8r du gratinerer den.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Forbered gratineringen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bland sennep, rasp og honning\/sirup i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vil du have ekstra smag, kan du tils\u00e6tte lidt malet krydderpeber.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Gratin\u00e9r skinken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pensl skinken med lidt sammenpisket \u00e6g (valgfrit) for gylden farve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sm\u00f8r gratineringsblandingen j\u00e6vnt over skinken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drys evt. lidt ekstra rasp p\u00e5 toppen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Bag skinken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Forvarm ovnen til 225\u00b0C (over- og undervarme).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bag skinken midt i ovnen i 15\u201320 minutter, eller indtil overfladen er gylden og spr\u00f8d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
