La den avkj\u00f8les.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bland kj\u00f8ttdeigen med br\u00f8dsmule-blandingen, egg, l\u00f8k, salt og krydder. Arbeid farsen godt sammen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Form kj\u00f8ttboller med fuktige hender, ca. 3 cm i diameter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Varm opp sm\u00f8r i en stekepanne p\u00e5 middels h\u00f8y varme. Stek kj\u00f8ttbollene i porsjoner til de er gjennomstekt og har fin farge, ca. 5-6 minutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ta ut kj\u00f8ttbollene og hold dem varme. Tilsett mel i stekepannen og r\u00f8r om. Hell i kj\u00f8ttkraft og fl\u00f8te under omr\u00f8ring. La sm\u00e5koke i 5 minutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smak til sausen med salt og pepper. Legg kj\u00f8ttbollene tilbake i sausen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For potetmosen: Skrell og kok potetene til de er m\u00f8re. Hell av vannet og la dem dampe t\u00f8rre. Press potetene gjennom en potetpresse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Varm opp melken. R\u00f8r inn sm\u00f8r, varm melk, salt og pepper i potetmosen.
