Surr l\u00f8k, hvitl\u00f8k og gulrot p\u00e5 middels varme i ca. 3\u20135 minutter til det er mykt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brun kj\u00f8ttdeigen:<\/strong><br>Tilsett kj\u00f8ttdeigen og stek til den er gjennombrunet. R\u00f8r inn tomatpur\u00e9 og sambal oelek, og stek videre i 1 minutt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lag sausen:<\/strong><br>Ha i hakkede tomater, vann, kj\u00f8ttbuljong, oregano, basilikum og sukker. R\u00f8r godt sammen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La det sm\u00e5koke:<\/strong><br>La sausen sm\u00e5koke under lokk i minst 25\u201330 minutter. R\u00f8r innimellom. Smak til med salt, pepper og eventuelt litt ekstra sambal om du \u00f8nsker mer sting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kok pastaen:<\/strong><br>Kok pasta etter anvisningen p\u00e5 pakken. Spar gjerne litt pastavann om du vil spe ut sausen litt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Server:<\/strong><br>Bland sausen med pastaen, eller server dem hver for seg.
