Forbered safranen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Knus safranen sammen med 1 ts sukker og bland med 1 ss varm melk. La st\u00e5 et par minutter \u2013 dette forsterker smaken merkbart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Lag deigv\u00e6sken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smelt sm\u00f8ret i en kjele. Tilsett melken og varm opp til fingervarmt (ca. 37\u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Bland deigen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smuldre gj\u00e6ren i en bolle. Hell litt av den lunkne v\u00e6sken over og r\u00f8r til gj\u00e6ren er oppl\u00f8st.<br>Tilsett resten av v\u00e6sken, safranblandingen, sukker, kvarg, salt og egg.<br>Elt inn nesten alt melet, og elt deigen i 5\u201310 minutter til den er smidig.<br>La heve under klede i ca. 40 minutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Forbered fyllet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00f8r sammen sm\u00f8r, sukker og vanilje til en jevn og luftig krem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Kjevle ut og form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ha deigen over p\u00e5 et lett melet bord og del den i to.<br>Kjevle hver del ut til et rektangel (ca. 25\u00d760 cm).<br>Sm\u00f8r vaniljefyllet utover.<br>Brett deigen p\u00e5 langs slik at den blir dobbel, og press ut luftbobler.<br>Skj\u00e6r strimler p\u00e5 2\u20133 cm.<br>Del hver strimmel nesten hele veien opp slik at du f\u00e5r to \u201cben\u201d. Tvinn dem sammen og knyt til boller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Etterheving<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Legg bollene p\u00e5 stekebrett med bakepapir og la dem heve i 30 minutter under klede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
